In three book that I had been read, in each book give me individual view about the leadership, psychology, and political. The prince was teach us how to management human and give advice a point of view to become the leader should be doing when the ruler in power. If the ruler not run govern well the government his title will be lose, to someone who is understand the concept will win the people heart, the second book is about the emotional intelligence, most the book telling the people about the resolution of their behavior may bring their life down, and the book also let the reader understand the concept to calm down and find solution for themselves the third book is the animal farm, describe the behavior of political, in this describe the detail “how to influence the theory to make people believe in theory.” After I read those three books, I really understand how to make my development, management the employee in their work as long as they make money I will award and the most important point of view that I learn is, does not matter where you are in the part of the world, you still need to work to survive in these society. Challenge is the key of success if not challenge yourself, you may lose the fortune as long keeping the faith who know may success later.

The book I want to discuss about is the animal farm, the books author used sample of animal to describe the human society, which may affect the people life it depend on, people who use their power to influence their pleasure. In this book describe each animal is stand for separate any level of human society. The author describes the animal in the book of revolution against the Land Lord at that’s time. In the animal farm with satirical implication and a bitterly satirical tone of the revolution against a cruel taunt.

Two weeks ago I read about the prince, it really interested book about political and business, the author describe how to stay on power, how to deal with people who is the citizen and friendship, most part of the book telling to become success has to sacrifice even their families. In the book tell to became a leader has become wiser and snitches in any area, the author describe as conquest have to win the people heart then nobody will replace or even the foreigner try to invade the land has to be very difficult to win the war. The prince also describe new ruler has to be cunning and favor the people whom is support his power, then gather his follower as his hand to rule the land. If not follow this step the new ruler will determinate by his follower or his enemy.

In few weeks away from now, as I read deeply in emotional intelligence, that make me understand more about myself. The book discuss far beyond what I learning before in my class. In emotional intelligence process and results of Emotional Intelligence progress also have many basics known to reduce pressure for people and organizations, decreasing argument, civilizing relations, understanding issues, growing strength/weak point, connection, and agreement in the policy. In Goleman Emotional Intelligence also draw out five difference view of point, knowing our emotions, that may help us increase our strengths and weakest, Second Managing your own emotions, in future we may control our action/behavior that maybe bring harm to the other people. Third motivating ourselves, increase knowledge to avoid anything if necessary. Fourth recognize and understanding people behavior it may increase relation in workforces/family. Fifth managing relationships and managing the emotions of people, increase relation between the boss and employees. All five issues may support my careers in future.

In Catherine class, in her class the way she teaching not the same as many professor as I was learn in Cambridge college. Every lesson in her teaching it guiding me a lot of thing, I never imagine that I learn from her. On her first day of class she will go over about the course work and the syllabus that she was hand out. The second weeks she invited Jim was her former student, present his work in class. In his presentation tell us how to set up out goal to achieve our success, and he also tell us the time is always been rush, if we not well organize our goal we may lose our career. In his thought was telling how to set the time line that may increase the work in future. This time line was divided into this session, first create a proper belief system, second Identify the goal, third master the goal setting process, the fourth maximize time to focus on planning that move goals forward, fifth try to focus on track of your goals, sixth commit to an going goal achievement culture. In her third weeks of class, we was go over little bit about emotional intelligence. In this book talk about psychology a lot. It only helps you understand the concept, identify your strengths point and weak point, it may help you overcome yourself to achieve your goal in future. In week fourth and fifth we have more discussing about the blogs, and go over anything in blogs as we needs helps for our further presentation. Second the halls class took IEC test to determine our strong point and weak point than we can development plan as our frameworks for our future.
Then we split two people in small group, to out line which business we want to do in our future. What I learn from the beginning to the end of semester about emotional intelligence, to responsible for what you did, beware your motion that may bring the threat to the other people. Even if you are the smart, you still have a mistake sometime that may bring you life down. Therefore in Dr Goleman emotion intelligence book try to invade the people personal life to draw out the conclusion from argument.
